Fans do it by looking at the past avengers team-up movies and other solo releases on Disney+ while searching for exciting collectibles like Funko Pop! figurines to add to their memorabilia collections.

Most recent Funkos have mostly focused on upcoming Phase 4 projects, including Oscar Isaac figures. moon knight and Benedict Cumberbatch Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Funko Fair 2022 also announced plans for a unique set paying homage to an iconic moment from 2018 Avengers: Infinity Warwhich pitted the Guardians of the Galaxy alongside Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

Funko Celebrates Guardians in Infinity War

This scene marked a historic moment in MCU history as the Guardians of the Galaxy made their first appearance in a avengers crossover movie event. While the team had plenty of exciting moments in Titan and Wakanda history, their first scene is one that still stands out in the minds of fans nearly four years later.

With the first part of this set being announced in February, it will likely be a few more months before Gamora, Rocket, and Groot’s figures make their way into the public eye. Fans can expect those numbers to have their own entertainment value, especially now that Drax comes in with his eyes almost completely closed while he sleeps and snores.

This set is also the third of its kind in MCU history following the Avengers’ first assembly moment in The Avengers and their shawarma scene at the very end of this same film. While there are certainly other key moments in Marvel Studios’ moves that could deserve this treatment, even in the rest of Avengers: Infinity Warit’s time for the Guardians to take advantage of the spotlight in their own team moment.

Avengers: Infinity War is available to stream on Disney+.
